Shipping
Simply Crafts will make every effort to get your order sent within 1-2 working days after your payment has been received and the funds cleared into our account. If for some reason we are unable to post your order within this time frame, you will be notified. If you are paying by cheque, please allow up to 5 working days for your funds to clear. If you are paying by direct deposit, please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be credited to our account. Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of our postal services. We use Australia Post.
We take every possible care when packing your parcel and cannot be held respobsible for orders once they leave us. Registered Mail is recommended. This way your parcel can be tracked and items are insured for up to $100 against damage or loss.
Postal Charges
Postal charges are as set by Australia Post.
FREE regular post is offered on all orders over $60 (save and except any items that are classed as “oversized” of which we will provide a quote of costing before dispatching). Yes international orders are accepted. Orders are charged a specified postage fee depending on where the goods are to be sent and the order value. Postage costs will be displayed at checkout.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Simply Crafts will happily exchange or refund any product that is faulty. We request that you contact us within five (5) days of receiving your goods, so that we can work out a solution that best suits you. Where possible, please keep the product in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs of all returns. No refund of shipping costs will be applied.Privacy Notice

We do not sell or distribute your email address, contact details or any other information about you to any third party.
